The River Cafe - Festival of Food Adelaide 2015

Another year has gone by and it's that time again, yes it's Festival of Food season again.  This is The River Cafe, and not the Riverside restaurant - located in The intercontinental hotel across the river.  Some people get it a little confused.   I have been to River Cafe numerous times in the past few years and have enjoyed my experience every time.  This time was no exception.

For entree my favourite was the aracini balls, delicious rice balls mixed with salt cod.  For main courses, we opted to choose something else from the a la carte menu instead of the festival of food main course selection and paid the price differences.  A picture tells a thousand words.

All the main courses were executed nicely and we were quite impressed.  For the price and the value, it is a great place to hang out and catch up with friends for dinner.   I would definitely recommend The River Cafe.
