As the name suggests, it's pizza and mozzarella - Italian. We came here for a quick meal and we were seated down right next to the wood oven. Without a doubt we ordered the buffalo mozzarella. The mozzarella was just so fresh, basil and tomato drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. It was just heavenly.
I could see exactly how the chefs were preparing the food. I saw he put the pork into the oven and it came out crackling. I could hear it when he put his sharp knife through the meat loaf. It was well marinated, the meat was very tender and moist. The skin was still crispy after a long time.
I noticed that there were pizza classes available too. I am still yet to try out their gourmet pizzas, I shall be back.
