There are plenty of cafes and restaurants on Adelaide's busy Rundle Street. I remembered seeing boards around this cafe before it opened. I wondered what was going to be there, and there it was - Artisan Bakery and Cafe. There was a rustic look to this cafe, somewhat it doesn't look like one. It is different compared to others. There are no rooms to sit inside the cafe when you first look in. However, there is more room at the back of the cafe. You can walk pass where the coffee is made and to the back, there is a small area where you can sit. We chose to sit outside on the tall stools and watched the sunset on our beautiful Rundle Street.
Great coffee in the Adelaide City!!
It is only a small cafe, and with a couple of tables and chairs outside on Rundle Street. We arrived half an hour before it closed and the friendly staff served us coffee. There was also a range of different breads, sour dough, raisin loaf, banana bread.
The flat white not only looked beautiful, but it was nice and smooth. Macchiato was good too. This cafe is so close to the well known Cibo, yet the coffee tastes so much better. For me, I like to support the smaller cafes. This one is a nice one to go to after your shopping in town or if you want to just stop by for a decent coffee. They are happy to serve you take away coffee.
