This restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember. Well actually not that long, maybe around 20 years. A family owned business that serves authentic Thai food. It is located on the convenient Norwood parade. The outside of the restaurant is red and white, very hard to miss. I must say I have been here many times and have enjoyed every single experience. There are over 70 dishes to choose from. My favourite dish is the fish cakes. It comes with some vinegar dipping sauce on the side. They were absolutely delicious and beautiful. They say it's the quality and not quantity. I think it is so true.
Authentic Thai food
Next was the special prawn cakes. Again it may have looked like a simple dish but I am sure a lot of work went into making it. There is a think layer of pastry on the outside and prawn meat is mashed together.
Don't leave the restaurant without ordering curry. Green curry with chicken has always been one of my favourites. The green curry was mild but very tasty. You can taste the coconut milk and spices in it. The other dish that I think you may like to try is the mixed seafood wrapped around in foil. They light up the foil on a sizzling plate. It not only looks good but is very delightful to eat.
If you haven't tried this resaurant before, I suggest you do. The wine list is not as extensive as I thought it would be. However, the wines were not expensive, therefore it is definitely ok to order a couple of glasses from their menu. You can bring your own wines also. This restaurant delivered friendly service, great atmosphere and authentic thai food.
