This Thai restaurant is located next to Hungry Jacks on Pulteney street.  It has yellow and black signage, so it is not hard to miss.  Just the name itself sounds Thai already, so I was very excited to see what this restaurant brought to the table.  Now not having been to Thailand myself I am not sure if this is traditional Thai or not.  The restaurant apparently is named after a famous street in Bangkok called 'Soi. 38', so needless to say it serves street food.

Five Little Figs

Check out this little cafe in the suburb of Payneham.  You will find this in the corner of Devitt and Ashbrook Avenue in between houses.  As soon as I stepped into this cafe, I thought I was going home.  It has a very warm, homely feel.  The cafe itself is not very big, but enough to sit 30 odd people.  It is very cute, they offer cooking classes for little kids.
